Returns & Refund Policy

14-day return policy: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized rings: Returns are accepted, however a 20% restocking fee may apply due to the bespoke nature of the product.
  • Full eternity rings: Cannot be exchanged. Resizing may be possible with a resize fee. Please measure your ring size carefully.
Important: Full eternity rings are bespoke; please confirm sizing before ordering.

Exchange

If you need to exchange a product due to a defect or incorrect size, email support@precious-lab.com. We will provide the next steps.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided items are returned unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
