Return Guide

  • 14-day returns for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Start a return via support@precious-lab.com.
  • Custom rings: 20% restocking fee will apply. Full eternity rings are non-returnable (resize fee available). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

The easiest way is to measure a ring that already fits the intended finger and compare it with our size chart. If you’re unsure, we recommend choosing a slightly larger size—since we offer free lifetime resize after purchase, you can adjust the fit with confidence.
How Long Until I Have My Jewelry?

Custom engagement rings take about 20–25 business days to craft and deliver. Preset rings and the rest of our jewelry are ready sooner, usually within 15–20 business days.
What Is Your Return Policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on all jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your piece, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom-engagement ring may not be eligible for a full refund. For full details, see our Return Policy.
How Can I Track My Order?
