- We offer free shipping for all domestic deliveries within Japan.
- Local orders are handled by trusted carriers such as Yamato and Sagawa to ensure prompt and secure delivery.
- Once your order is ready, it will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days.
International Deliveries
- For international orders, we partner with FedEx to provide express and insured shipping.
- We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all our products on orders above JPY150,000
- International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being ready.
- 14-day returns for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Start a return via support@precious-lab.com.
- Custom rings: 20% restocking fee will apply. Full eternity rings are non-returnable (resize fee available). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
